Leroy Blea I have over fifteen years of senior leadership and field experience in public health program planning, implementation, evaluation and policy advocacy. Until December 2010 I will be completing the last phase of my doctoral work at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health focused on methods to improve intervention practice. I have always had the good luck and honor of working in organizations and with teams that have helped me deepen and grow my love for public health. I am looking forward to my next work cycle helping to move people, organizations and policy solutions forward. I also provide technical assistance training or direct project support on contract.
