Elena Featherston is a multicultural consultant with over twenty years experience delivering cross-cultural communication, multicultural equity and cooperative leadership trainings and workshops designed to engage people in authentic dialogue across multiple variables of differences  race, gender, ethnicity, age, class, etc.).  She is committed to providing structures that ground clients in compassionate inquiry that minimizes traumatic judgment which often shuts down challenging discussion.

Elena is the founding principal and lead consultant of Featherston & Associates, a collaborative group of multicultural consultants, educators, facilitators, mediators and trainers committed to justice, social change and respect for the dignity of all people.
