Francoise Spaulding Keller
Francoise Spaulding Keller is a multicultural trainer and cross-cultural mediator offering a distinctive perspective on the intersections between oppression, diversity, and conflict resolution. She uses a model that explores the dynamics of working and living in cross-cultural environments and creating effective solutions in difficult situations. Her expertise spans the areas of conflict resolution, group facilitation, effective communications and leadership. She is dedicated to improving the effectiveness and long-term sustainability of organizations by addressing issues of difference, awareness and skills around diversity, cross-cultural conflict resolution, and alliance building.

Experience
Ms. Spaulding-Keller has over 10 years of senior level experience and consulting with educational, health and non-profit organizations. She has over 15 years of management experience at the University of California, Berkeley and several non-profit organizations with an extensive background in human resource and financial management career. She served as the Program Coordinator for Access to End-of-Life Care and Conflict Resolution & Transformation Center (UCB). She is currently a consultant with VISIONS, Inc. and a mediator for SEEDS Mediation Services. Ms. Spaulding Keller received the Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California's 2007 Gil Lopez Award, which is given to a person of color who has made outstanding contributions to the field of conflict resolution.
