Services: Leadership Development & Teambuilding

Leadership development and team building are integral to many of the services provided by Mayeno Consulting and are now available as stand alone services.

In our view, leaders are people who take initiative to positively impact the world around them as well as those in formal leadership roles. Services are designed for individuals or teams to support them in defining who they are as leaders and achieving powerful results in their work with others. Through coaching, training and facilitation, leaders can develop the following capacities:

  • Greater clarity on individual and group leadership identity, values and commitments

  • Breakthroughs in places that are challenging or confronting

  • Being inspired, inspiring, and fully self-expressed as leaders

  • Creating practices, structures, and actions to support leadership and team values and commitments.

  • Finding opportunities for learning and growth from conflicts and challenges

  • Overcoming demoralization and burnout and sustaining an empowered context

  • Creating a culture of open communication and authenticity

  • Engaging others as leaders and building shared leadership
