Educational Workshops
Mayeno Consulting designs and delivers educational workshops to support groups to improve communication, build relationships and develop skills and knowledge to strengthen their work. We emphasize interactive processes that encourage participants to reflect upon and learn from their own experience and others in the group. Both the content and learning methods may be tailored to the group. Training can be supplemented with coaching or group facilitation to integrate knowledge into day-to-day practice.
Curriculum Design
We also support organizations in designing their own training programs. We assist them in defining and assessing their audience as well as thinking through their objectives, training philosophy, and approach. We work with them to design their training activities and structure their training plan and can also assist with written training manuals.
